Your major role will be to identify the right talent, onboard them professionally, and ensure all HR processes are followed efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for new interns across various domains
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads
- Onboard selected candidates and manage their documentation process
- Track intern attendance, engagement, and task progress regularly
- Ensure all interns receive offer letters, completion certificates, and timely communication
- Maintain and update HR trackers and records for all active interns
- Act as the point of contact for intern-related queries and issues

Internship Terms & Conditions
- Daily task submission is mandatory. If not submitted and not approved in advance, the day will be marked as Absent.
- Attending all internal and client meetings is compulsory. Missing a meeting without prior notice or valid reason will also be marked as Absent.
- Leaves must be informed and approved by the reporting manager at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency leaves must be supported by valid proof.
- Interns are expected to follow login and logout timings. Repeated delays or early exits without approval will be considered indiscipline.
- All company and client data must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing, copying, or misusing any data is strictly prohibited.
- Misuse of company or client information, unethical practices, or shortcuts to complete targets will lead to termination and legal action if required.
- All tools, software, documents, and resources provided by the company must be used only for official tasks.
- New interns will be under observation throughout the internship period. Consistent underperformance may lead to early termination.
- The company holds the right to terminate the internship at any time in case of misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of terms.
- If an intern wishes to leave the internship before completion or absconds without notice:
- They must either serve a 1-month notice period within the following 2 months, OR
- Pay a penalty/fine as instructed by the company.
- Failure to comply may result in the withholding of internship certificate, loss of bonuses, and a negative remark in future references.
- The company holds the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, as per its discretion.
